Nappa faces off opposite the Z warriors as well as proves to be the challenging opponent. During his conflict Tien loses his arm. In an action of desperation, Chiaotzu attaches himself to Nappa’s behind as well as sacrifices himself regulating the kamikaze technique. Grief stricken by Chiaotzu sacrifice, Tien puts all his chi in to a single Kikoho as well as dies of exhaustion.
